Dr. Erin Luker is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She completed her undergraduate degree at Ohio State University in Columbus. She then went on to attend the Kentucky Horseshoeing School near Lexington, Kentucky prior to entering Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated Cum Laude.
Dr. Luker moved to Texas in 2012 and completed her clinical year at Texas A&M University with a focus on Mixed Animal Medicine. She then completed an internship at Elgin Veterinary Hospital Equine Surgical and Emergency Referral Center. Her primary interests are mixed animal internal medicine, neonatology and theriogenology.
She was recently married, so you may remember her as Dr. Mosbaugh. She enjoys the company of her husband, Travis, one-eyed dog Diddle and her basset hound mix Brutus.
In her free time she enjoys tennis, hiking, playing the fiddle, and taking her dogs to the park.
