For our clients who are frustrated or upset by the logistics in place, we do understand. These are very stressful times for both our clients and BVH family. Employees are working longer hours than normal with a cram packed schedule while struggling to juggle family, spouse, and job challenges as well, so we do truly understand your frustrations. Although our staff is short-handed and under an immense amount of stress, we strive to continue excellent customer service and animal care. If you work with us and express your concerns kindly, we will listen and help solve any problems. If you are concerned about longer appointment times and sitting outside in the Texas heat during curbside appointments, feel free to do a drop off exam and pick up your pet later. If you need to run down the street to Bucees and use the restroom, just let our staff know if you move parking spots. If you work with us, we will work with you. Please refrain from disrespecting our staff with profanity, bullying, belittling, threatening, etc. This absolutely will not be tolerated. This will serve no purpose and we will ask you to leave. We are not responsible for the circumstances of the world right now, and we are doing our best to adjust just as you are. We want to keep our employee’s physical and mental health a top priority.
We are honored to be a part of this community, and we work hard to help our loyal clients. We will continue to do our best, and we truly appreciate those that see that and know how much blood, sweat, and tears is put into serving this community. We are called upon to be our best selves with patience, understanding, and compassion. Together we can get through this.
