Jeffrey Schroeder, DVM
Dr. Schroeder is a 1994
graduate of Texas A & M University. He was born and raised in
Elgin, TX and has raised his own family in Elgin, TX. Dr.
Schroeder started his career at BVH and is now a co-owner. He enjoys general practice a
nd primary
care medicine, and production management of cattle and deer. His
family enjoys the company of Scooter the Boston terrier and Tigger
the cat.
Darren Weiss, DVM
Dr. Weiss
graduated from Texas A & M University in 2001. He was born and
raised in Manor, TX and has raised his own family in Elgin, TX. Dr.
Weiss began working for BVH before he graduated and is now a
co-owner. He enjoys companion animal medicine with a special
interest in surgery, and equine reproduction. Maddy the Labrador,
and Yankee the cat add enjoyment to his life.
Sierra Guynn, Ph.D., DVM
Dr. Guynn
graduated in 2006 from Virginia/Maryland Regional College of
Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. She was born and raised in
Maryland and now resides in Cedar Creek, TX. Dr. Guynn started as
an associate with BVH in 2007 after working as an ambulatory
veterinarian in Maryland. She enjoys preventative medicine for all
species, and equine medicine especially. Sugar the Shih Tzu, Daisy
the English Bulldog, Bisquit the Lhasa Apso and Jake the cat enjoy
the easy life at her house. Sushi the Warmblood enjoys the easy
life behind the clinic.
Heidi Moore, DVM
Dr. Moore
is a 2009 graduate of St. George’s University and Louisiana State
University. She was born and raised in Midland, TX and now lives in
Bastrop, TX. She started as an associate with BVH upon graduation
in 2009. Dr. Moore enjoys general medicine and surgery as a mixed
animal veterinarian and is the resident expert of pocket pets. She
shares her life with Kole the Lab, Lola the Basset, Capo the cat and
her many fish.
